To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

.⋯♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯⋯⋯ ♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯平時都好少去土瓜灣，今次去過原來先知咁多餐廳。走訪位於北帝街嘅地中海菜《Lamees》。由外籍大廚親自烹調，餐廳裝潢運用多種民族風嘅圖騰和裝飾，別樹一格。3款經典蘸醬拼盤 $160食得地中海菜，常見都會先食彼德包，因為包身本身冇乜味道，所以通常會配搭特製嘅醬料。我就試咗「Classics」，分別有經典鷹嘴豆泥、烤茄子醬和黑松露鷹嘴豆泥。鷹嘴豆味就試得多，烤茄子醬對我嚟講就充滿新鮮感，帶出獨有嘅甜味。香煎西班牙羊肉香腸佐零酒精紅酒汁 $110平時香腸豬肉同雞肉就食得多，羊肉腸就真係好少食。估唔到食落咁多汁，完全唔會有羊羶味，紅酒汁微酸更加能夠帶出羊肉嘅鮮味。鐵板煎著名中東鹹香芝士 $95天氣凍凍地就最啱熱辣辣嘅鐵板。中東嘅芝士比較厚身，所以煎香左一陣都唔會熔，芝士香味極之濃郁。和牛尾煲仔飯 $340摩洛哥風格嘅煲身上面放咗一隻生嘅鵪鶉蛋，鵪鶉蛋倒入和牛尾煲入面，靠餘溫將蛋煮熟。和牛尾嘅肉質相對厚實又富含彈性。經典中東甜品 $105依款甜品其實係一款甜芝士，口感有啲似糯米咁煙煙韌韌，加入少少糖漿甜甜地都幾得意。如果唔想錯過其他好介紹，記得f
