冬天嘅時候食啲乜嘢最好,當然係有個暖笠笠嘅火爐係你前面啦!今日去咗荃灣嘅三坡坊心血來潮想食心夜來潮,因為諗起佢嘅生滾粥,就蠢蠢欲動。一坐低就叫咗個蟹蝦砂鍋粥,兩個餸加埋只係$180,價錢合宜,仲有美味嘅粥底,天衣無縫。下面仲有熱騰騰嘅火一直幫個粥加熱,真係不得了。海鮮既鮮味滲晒落粥底,蝦肉同殻分離,完全係新鮮嘅表現!四個人每人食得一碗真係有啲唔夠喉。試決定叫多個卜卜蜆鍋,我只係叫咗個細嘅size,但係就已經好似我個面咁大盤!啲蜆多到食唔晒,裏邊仲有好多辣椒同埋蒜蓉,在湯中攪勻後,鮮味與蒜蓉味都互相輝映,帶有點點海水鹹味。最開心係叫咗個啫啫秋葵煲,出到嚟個煲吱吱炸炸,代表個煲非常有熱度,裡面既秋葵起碼有30棵!真係每人食10條都有突,配上辣椒及鹹魚粒粒,真係香噴噴逸鼻!真係忍不住口,一口氣吃了五,六條。最後要講下個一口炸饅頭,剛剛炸好的感覺,我相信我這一輩子也不忘記。皮脆內軟,金黃色的外殼,連着軟綿綿的麵包,非常鬆化,再點一口奶油,感覺濃郁,幸福甜蜜至極!
