To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次來這間餐廳食lunch自助餐.選擇不少。有冷盤：蝦、長腳蟹、青口大路菜式。熱盤：普通熱盤都有，最特別好食推介：德國咸豬手、黑松露菌意式雲吞。來回數次。環境：長形格局，可以坐底直望就是酒店另一間餐廳tosca.因此感覺樓下極之寬敞開揚。是另一重享受。Window seats : 得2張枱甜品：有各式各樣。macaroon, 款式多，多種味道。雪糕：不是HD or movenpick.Lime sober好食👍總結：有環境有氣氛，會再來。補充：toilet可以望到寬闊海景
