To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約左朋友到尖沙咀行街街+Dinner ,之前我地都食過銅鑼灣店悠蔬食,覺得質素吾錯,知道佢地尖沙咀有分店,就決定去呢度晚餐,走到門口,見到好多枱食客,環境令我坐得好舒服。看看餐牌,點了兩個dinner set :先係三款前菜(醬燒百靈菇山藥伴日本黑豆特別好食,醬汁好香濃得黎吾會覺得咸,另外兩款都吾錯好開胃);手卷(香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷,紫菜好脆、苜蓿芽好fresh,兩者加埋口感好正);湯品(我揀左牛肝菌桃膠忌廉濃湯,香濃既牛肝菌味豐富了味蕾😋);主食 (西西里鮮茄🍅野菜燴扁意粉伴吉列牛油果🥑👍👍😋,青咖哩野菜猴頭菇配印度薄餅及珍珠糙米飯,好野味,豐富食慾);甜品(古法黑芝麻糕👍香香的芝麻味)
