To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我喜愛三哥店是因為米線量比較多，湯味清甜好喝，諗唔到食咩，我就會光顧三哥腐皮米線米線很多米線，熱熱有QQ 感，清湯白白比較濃，我喜歡。吃到一半已飽，但忍不住繼續清光光😄腐皮仲要有好多，食極都食唔完咁😆而且腐皮好滑手拍青瓜落單時想少辣油，姐姐幫我按單按了三個小辣油，印在單上，好攪笑。當青瓜上來時，想不到上面是放了如此多香料：香蒜辣椒，其實料是香口味豊，一點不辣，若果咬碎了辣椒子就會很辣。青瓜很爽口。
