To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味加抵食

尋日五點半係順寧道放工，見呢間店的食評都唔錯，又近近地，所以就同女朋友去試下。間舖頭真係好細間，我地去到個陣都幾多人，岩岩有兩個位，就坐低叫野。我叫左個白菜馬蹄餃麵，我女朋友叫左個蕃茄餃麵，再叫多個涼拌青瓜。首先黎的係涼拌青瓜，食落去好脆口，入邊加左少少鹽同埋麻油，都幾好食架，又抵食，推薦。之後黎左正餐，食落去d餃都幾新鮮，d馬蹄都幾爽，d肉冇雪水味，d麵幾彈牙，唔錯。蕃茄餃麵有蕃茄，但係冇咩蕃茄味，不過味道都算可以接受。呢間店如果環境乾淨些少，大些少就更加好喇。不過番食的機會好大，因為又經濟，而且好多餃都仲想試下。
