To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢一間印度餐廳真係好食，叫了素菜咖哩角(Vegetable Samosa)、羊肉咖哩角(Lamb Samosa)、印度牛油雞(Butter Chicken)及印度燒烤拼盤(Grill Mix)。兩款咖哩角各有各精彩，首先係個咖哩角嘅皮唔厚，另外素菜咖哩角的薯仔好好食，而羊肉咖哩角中的羊肉唔骚，所以都好食。因為唔想食太辣，侍應建議我地試下佢地嘅Butter Chicken，個汁酸酸地，似乎係茄汁為主，都唔錯。印度燒烤拼盤亦都係侍應向我地推介，佢話係新菜式黎嘅，拼盤入面有烤雞件、烤魚、仲有D免治羊肉條，幾樣之中個魚最好食，因為唔會乾晒身，唔錯，不過免治羊肉條就似乎一般。另外叫了支Lemonade，粉紅色好靚，唔係藥水味，係印度特飲或者啤酒之外嘅選擇。

 兩款咖哩角各有各精彩，首先係個咖哩角嘅皮唔厚，另外素菜咖哩角的薯仔好好食，而羊肉咖哩角中的羊肉唔骚，所以都好食。
