To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店舖裝修雅致，座位舒適，坐得舒服，佢嘅碗筷都印有小魚兒圖案，十分用心！烤魚—黃金蒜香江團魚店員送上烤魚時，我同老公都好驚喜，好大條魚，另外，都有好多配菜，有豆腐、大量芫荽、蒜蓉粒、洋蔥、寬薯粉、芽菜，好足料👍條魚有好多魚肉，魚肉嫩滑，配埋佢嘅蒜香味湯汁，超正😋佢個湯汁唔油膩，健康又好味，個分量都多，夠2個大人食，啖啖魚肉，我哋食得好滿足👍黃金組合（金針菇、土豆、蓮藕、海帶）一開始唔知條魚咁大條，叫咗呢個黃金組合，全部都好新鮮，金針菇又爽又滑，蓮藕好爽脆，薯仔煮淋咗都好好味，海帶都唔錯，呢d天氣最岩食烤魚👍
