To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間位於鰂魚涌嘅餐廳，位置好近太古站，步行五分鐘就到。入面裝修走簡約路線，座位闊落舒適。燒美國prime級牛扒（套餐$248）- 牛扒外焦內嫩，肉質鮮美，彈牙多汁，搭配香濃的醬汁和配菜，味道唔錯。套餐仲包括餐湯、飲品及甜品，呢個價錢可謂相當抵食。法國蟹膏蟹肉扁意粉 ($168) - 意粉煮得彈牙，配豐富的蟹膏和蟹肉，鮮味十足，配埋香濃嘅忌廉汁，鍾意食蟹嘅朋友不容錯過。餐湯係南瓜忌廉湯，南瓜的甜味恰到好處，口感creamy滑溜，作為前菜餐湯非常開胃。餐飲點咗凍朱古力（+$8），朱古力味道濃郁，唔會過甜，感覺相當不錯。餐廳環境舒服好坐，食物質素亦相當之高，另外見餐廳亦有提供到會服務及外賣，住附近嘅朋友值得考慮。
