最近翠屏邨街市改建,新開左好多餐廳,朋友介紹話有間潮州菜想試,我第一時間就贊成,加上自己又係潮州人,好耐無食過家鄉菜,晚飯時間七點左右,已經好多人,門口等左大約十五分鐘就有位。今次我地四個大人,兩個小朋友,所以最後都點左四個小菜,然後一窩蠔仔粥,同埋一個沙爹炒牛河,首先潮州菜當然要來一個鹵水拼盤,鵝片好入味,腎片又爽脆,用來配埋個蠔仔粥一齊食好夾另外就係潮州菜必食的蠔餅,蛋同木薯粉的比例好好,食落口每啖都有蠔仔,又唔會食落成口都係粉漿,最重要係真係煎,外面好多餐廳唔正宗,都係用油炸蠔餅,就會變成食唔到蠔仔的鮮味。小炒王較為失色,材料全部切絲,有魷魚,潮式魚蛋,芹菜和蘿蔔,味道有少少咸,加上炒得淋,唔夠爽,變得無乜特別。還有沙爹牛河都炒得有鑊氣,牛肉入味,但沙爹汁就偏咸,配上無乜味的河粉,估唔到又夾得幾好。食左咁多個餸,一般潮州餐館都要六七百蚊,但現在埋單先四百有找,絕對抵食,味道好食又正宗,要食潮州菜又多個選擇。

食左咁多個餸,一般潮州餐館都要六七百蚊,但現在埋單先四百有找,絕對抵食,味道好食又正宗,要食潮州菜又多個選擇。
