之前喺日本食個一次吉列牛 一直心思思想食奈何香港食真係唔平呢間見到有168 美國黑牛安格斯壽喜燒配吉列盛合 仲有飯同甜品 真係好心動 終於去試下店員先俾一個鐵板我地 跟住黎到嘅吉列牛已經半熟 只需喺上面各燒15~30秒就可食用個人認為20秒最好食 既食到外層嘅吉列脆 亦食到牛肉嘅鮮嫩 餐廳提供柚子醋 pink salt 同芥辣醬 個人最愛柚子醋加少少pink salt可以發揮牛嘅鮮嫩跟住係肥牛壽喜燒 湯底不會太甜 加上旺菜嘅鮮味 好食吉列炸蝦同蠔係新鮮炸起 外脆內juicy 亦好好食沙律亦好多涵 有中華沙律加上三文魚蟹子生菜 口感豐富 餐單加上白飯 驚你唔飽咁 最後有一個細細cake黎個總結
