To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食完拉麵當然要買杯咖啡提提神，準備下晝嘅挑戰，本身想叫Americano，店員聽到問我哋要唔要Earl Grey味咖啡，同朋友立即立即點頭，因為無咖啡嘅Earl grey Latte就飲得多，有Earl grey嘅咖啡真係無試過。一拎起就見到特色杯套，仲要兩個都唔同，即刻影相。再睇返原來有好多特別款，好多都好靚𠻹叫咖啡嘅時候，店員特登問我哋鍾意淡啲定濃啲，兩個人當然兩款各一。濃味啲果杯啡味果然好濃郁，但係又唔會無咗Earl grey味，飲完之後仲有回甘，after taste好持續；淡味啲果個就好輕盈，Earl grey味會再出啲，好適合夏天飲！上網睇返原來呢度啲Tap Coffee好出名，店家將氮氣注入咖啡裡面，然後直接喺水龍頭斟出；食物原來有begal，好似好吸引，下次一定要試！
