To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從未踏足過鰂魚涌的土地,今次嚟個香港深度遊。去探索下呢個區域嘅美食,我地見到呢間就覺得唔錯,記得呢間仲上過電視,都幾出名。我就點咗日本帆立貝喇沙,喇沙湯底好鮮濃,加上大大隻嘅帆立貝,更顯鮮美,麵嘅口感彈牙,分量都幾多。大大碗好足料。朋友點咗新加坡炒貴刁,炒得好香口,香味四溢,驚喜嘅係佢唔係只得河粉,仲有油麵,朋友笑說係唔夠河粉,攞油麵湊數,但其實兩種麵嘅搭配,增加咗口感嘅層次,其中蝦仁都係採用鮮蝦,大大隻,啖啖都係濃郁嘅黑豉油味。
