To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

加班到好肚餓，便到了附近一間茶餐廳醫肚，呢間大豐澳門餐廳都算新開，三個月左右？平時都會同同事黎食晏，但晚餐就第一次幫襯。晚市小菜唔少選擇，諗緊叫雞好定蒸魚好，兩樣都想食，不過諗諗下又怕出街食嘅魚有魚鱗😅我呢個人食魚都幾麻煩㗎。🐓薑蔥霸王雞（半隻）嘩嘩～比想像中大碟好多，半隻有咁多咩😱一見到已經覺得會食唔晒，哈哈…雞件肉質紮實有口感，雞皮下脂肪不多，入口很滑。上面放左薑絲、蔥花、蔥頭、芫茜、辣椒等，再加上豉油，真係超好下飯，唔覺唔覺就食晒啲飯，正呀😍🍚白飯碗飯超大碗㗎，仲熱辣辣添。🥣湯&🥤餐飲個餐仲有例湯送，是晚係紅青蘿蔔湯。餐飲叫了🍋凍檸茶走甜，大大杯又夠凍，正😋食唔晒啲雞添，食小菜都係要多個人share開心啲😝埋單百幾蚊，茶餐廳唔使加一抵食～原來呢度開到零晨三點，咁以後開夜有野食啦🥰
