To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

荃灣真係有好多米線餐廳, 今次黎到雲桂香, 朋友好鍾意食米線架, 話要帶我食盡荃灣米線喎。 平日晏晝黎到已經爆哂好多人, 等咗一陣就可以入座, 未食過佢既辣就由小辣開始啦, 另外點了一個麻辣拍青瓜。麻辣拍青瓜, 勁多辣味, 比一般辣, 但青瓜清爽吾互補, 做前菜一流。小鍋米線本身有哂芽菜酸菜肉碎等等, 都已經好惹味, 我就叫咗魚肉春卷, 蘿蔔同雲吞, 值得得一提米線屬於幼少少, 而且比一般米線多咗煙韌感, 我幾鍾意食佢呢隻米線。 蘿蔔都夠清甜, 雲吞仲好大粒好足料添!呢間米線我幾鍾意, 會成日黎食。
