To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚年廿九,回家團年,阿嫂在大家樂定了8-10位用的「一品盆菜宴」,菜單如下:1.蝦皇金蠔一品金盆菜—有茄汁大蝦(6隻),瑤柱(6隻),大蠔豉(6隻),燒鵝,竹笙卷,冬菇,慈菇…等等,我們一路用慢火煲著來吃,很好味,又有氣氛。2.鴻運大展翅—雖然不是太多翅,但都有一般酒樓的水準,開蓋時還是熱得冒著煙的,不錯。3.鴻運乳豬拼盤—乳豬,燒鵝,油雞,牛展,海哲,墨魚…等等,樣樣都不錯。4.黃金卷羅漢上素—個個都讚好味,有很多不同的菜,煮得很好味,而且很大盤。5.富貴雲腿鮮蝦帶子炒飯—又是個個讚很好味,熱騰騰的,很足料。整個套餐只是$950,而且份量多得吃剩很多,又好味,又抵食,過了一個很開心,滿足又溫馨的晚上。
