To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

逢星期五都差唔多係食同一個早餐，星期六日，都係行去駱克道食早餐去平時嗰間公司見到隔離有間叫同心，門口望望早餐餐牌嚟有三文治或者啲炒蛋多士拼粉類之類，見到佢有一個沙律吞拿魚牛角包，好似幾吸引入去試吓先，坐低叫咗個吞拿魚沙律牛角包，平時都係飲開啡走，今次都一樣，牛角包叫姐姐幫我大火，嚟到咖啡，溫度唔夠太熱，但係咖啡味道，好滑，由於要大火關係都等咗成8分鐘牛角包先至上枱，嚟到賣相好吸引吞拿魚份量甚多，咬落去外脆內軟，有牛油，入邊有兩片生菜，咬落去每一啖都有吞拿魚，份量之多有啲驚喜。早餐又多個好選擇。
