To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前試過深水埗既蘇媽蘇媽食完番唔到轉頭，知道早前旺角開左新舖比深水埗舖大啲，今日的起心肝去試試。黎到上海街既蘇媽蘇媽，一如以往係要等一段時間。入到舖頭我地今次揀左大雜燴既肉骨茶，老鼠粉，炸滷肉卷同埋椰汁斑蘭冰。慣例侍應會先比肉骨茶你飲。先上枱既係椰汁斑蘭冰，甜甜既椰汁真係好爽，老鼠粉一上枱就聞到好香，連埋窩蛋，魚干，肉碎撈埋一齊食，口感豐富，而且味道好濃好啱我口味。之後再上大雜燴，入面真係咩都有，豆卜、金菇、一字骨、豬肉、豬肚、油炸鬼同埋響鈴，好好味，所有肉都係感受到佢既鮮味而且口感豐富，茶味有肉既甜。最後上埋炸滷肉卷，加埋佢地提供既辣醬，係有食臭豆腐既感覺，雖然話係滷肉卷，不過我覺得入面既芋頭先係主角。蘇媽蘇媽要食既重有好多，下次再食過!
