今次去到太古覓食,揀咗間日本餐廳,裝修都幾別緻,去到門口就有日本風情嘅感覺。首先我哋叫咗時令刺身飛魚,師傅嘅刀工了得,真係將啲魚肉片晒出嚟👍👍👏🏻條魚分咗兩食,一款就係直接食,令一款就撈咗啲配料,令到魚嘅鮮味更加突出!四個字形容呢個刺身,新鮮好食!之後仲嗌左燒魚餅、鹿兒島薩摩赤雞翼同埋牛蒡櫻花蝦天婦羅🍤燒魚餅做法幾特別,雞翼同埋天婦羅都幾香口。食日本嘢唔少得食魚生丼,今次叫咗明太子金槍魚丼,魚生份量幾多,另外都幾新鮮,冇諗過明太子同金槍魚咁配搭😋😋最後叫多個自製一夜干燒魚,佢係用爐端燒嘅形式,今次食嘅係馬友,條魚一上枱就覺得好香,食落啲魚油喺嘴巴度洋溢着好正啊!😚😍至於嘢飲我哋就叫咗巨峰提子同埋白桃特飲,都比較甜啲嘅!呢間餐廳嘅食物價錢相宜,服務態度好,值得再次光顧👍
