To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一上枱就有啲麵包同埋麵包脆片平時麻麻哋鍾意食，因為佢哋上菜比較慢，所以唔食飯都幾好味睇返個人喜好揀我就鍾意食鬆軟啲嘅麵包，送走嘅人就揀香脆嗰隻其實好似食餅咁咋嘛🤣餐湯有紅湯同白湯揀，想飽啲就揀忌廉蜆肉湯都幾大碗，幾多蜆肉同薯仔我想清啲就飲蔬菜湯我揀咗牛，但係見到人哋個魚都好靚仔好立體，試咗一啖發現好味過我哋啲牛，因為我哋啲牛有啲硬有啲就腍BB合格不過整體而言都係薄身，所以容易到係硬身，有啲朋友直程食剩好多然後我試吓佢嗰塊真係太硬唔好食九成熟都有大家都話好味嘅crab cake 上枱其實幾大件，側邊啲沙律菜同埋蕃茄都好鮮甜好味，蕃茄紅過有甜唔會太酸好正！原來呢個蟹餅好味係因為真係真係好多油，一食落去就知道佢係充滿豬油粉去整，但係唔係牛油味不過真係真材實料一絲絲蟹肉㗎睇落好大份㗎，不過都薄身寧願佢細少少厚身啲會好味啲脂肪都夠嘅我呢塊OK成熟程度大概5×甜品有個朱古力波側邊有個柚子橙布丁咁嘅物體，幾好味侍應質素唔錯，但係佢哋實在太忙唔夠人手所以就serve得慢少少，但係見到佢哋冇停過㗎🥲
