To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友去咗大尾督 Pataya 食泰菜,間舖嘅廚師全部泰國嚟㗎!首先叫咗一道「芭提雅酸芒骨香魚($188)」,廚師將條魚起骨拆肉,炸完再放返落碟,旁邊再配酸芒沙律。將沙律同魚一齊食,酸酸哋唔會覺得油膩。另外,即使濕濕地嘅沙律同炸魚擺埋一齊,都唔會搞到啲魚濕曬,一 pat pat,廚師有留意到呢啲細節,想當值得讚讚!食嘅另一道菜係「泰式曹池珍寶大頭蝦」($228 兩隻),開邊後加入紅咖哩醬汁,相當惹味。隻大頭蝦真係成隻碟咁大隻,啖啖肉。(唔係龍蝦嚟,我對龍蝦敏感,一食就會痕,但係都食得呢隻大頭蝦!)食泰菜,冇冬蔭功湯總會好似差少少咁,所以一於叫埋個湯。睇返入面啲料,蝦殼相當大塊,應該係用大頭蝦熬出嚟,另外亦相對足料。
