To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 3個人好即興咁話要入鯉魚門食海鮮,咁就0係鯉魚門集合啦!!! 依然係去番果檔海鮮食套餐,每位$198,我地3個人連5款海鮮,再連前菜(花生+皮蛋酸薑),油菜,湯,果盤1.果皮蒸鮮鮑魚--每人有兩隻,好鮮味,好有咬口,好好味!!! 2.粉絲蒜蓉蒸元貝--每人有一隻,粉絲同蒜蓉0既味道好夾,唔會過鹹0岩0岩好,不過佢將元貝d 邊全部cut 晒,所以好似無乜野食咁3.椒鹽賴尿蝦--total有兩隻,仲要係非常大果d!!!一隻切開有4舊,d 椒鹽好入味,賴尿蝦好甜口,激賞!! (p.s.上次3個人黎佢俾一隻賴尿蝦jar,故自費加多隻,原來散叫一隻咁上下size0既大概要$90,所以今次佢俾兩隻我地,覺得好抵) 4.清蒸老虎斑--今次老闆好好人,特別俾條靚少少0既魚我地食,蒸出黎都over一斤重ga,蒸得好滑,勁正ar... 5.上湯焗龍蝦--龍蝦又係有over一斤, 都幾彈口,不過個味道略嫌爭左少少,仲有進步空間叫左2支汽水($10 each) & 2碗白飯($8 each) 唔駛加一,但就收左$4,唔知係茶錢定前菜呢?不過都算la,已經好抵ga la 咁0既價錢有咁0既份量同質素,真係唔錯.
