To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味涼拌米線加麻辣青瓜

尋日夜晚冇飯食就去咗呢間店度買咗外賣，本來諗住食酸辣米線，但係天氣有啲熱所以食咗個涼拌米線。之前未食過呢一間，都冇抱特別大嘅期望，只係諗住試一試。跟住叫咗一個麻辣青瓜同一個涼拌米線食加腩肉炸醬，再加一杯凍菊花蜜。跟住返到屋企一打開個聽過，嚇一跳，全碗都係由浸住啲青瓜。不過同時間有好大浸麻辣味時湧出來，食落口好夠味而且好夠麻辣(覺得比某大米線連鎖店嘅更加好味)，個米線亦都真係涼嘅，唔會係暖嘅，米線裏面有啲酸菜同花生好好味,腩肉唔會太肥而且預先已經腌左非常之入味好好味。一定會再試
