Restaurant: PAK LOK CHIU CHOW RESTAURANT

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 連續兩晚吃潮州菜,前一晚在大圍的生昌,之後在旺角的百樂,各有風味和特色。我們一行三人,一坐下來,侍應立即送上功夫茶(味濃一點更像功夫茶)接著,我們點了四百多元的套餐,包括一個鹵水腩肉,一個湯,一條蒸烏頭和一個涼瓜排骨煲。另點了五十幾蚊的一碗蠔仔粥。全部都很好吃,特別是蒸烏頭,加上了檸檬味配料十分好味。看main menu其實覺得食物都很貴,但四百多元這個weekday套餐較抵食,可以一試。最後,想給一些有關服務的意見。晚上過了九時半,不知是否侍應是否都趕著收工,我們還在吃,就來想收拾餸菜碗碟好幾次,感覺要趕我們走似的不太良好。
