To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一班朋友仔圍埋一齊食飯最重要可以傾下計。我見其中一個係潮洲人,我就搵一間潮州酒家比他們品嘗。我見大部份評語好評居多。酒樓位於旺角新世紀廣場內,交通方便,下面又有個大shopping mall.秘制生醃螄蚶$98,原來螄蚶係潮洲菜有名氣,用個尖咀蚶就好易整到粒紛紅色肉,它是生的但真的好甜品,我之前去泰國見過但因衛生環境嘅關係,我真不恐進食,現在好有食禁果感覺,欲罷不能。另一小食魚涼伴魚皮($98),非常爽口,再配合酸酸辣辣的汁真係一流呀!我不會食平時蒸魚魚皮,但涼伴口感真的有小小似豬皮,完全同魚質感無關。食潮州野點可以少得滷水鵝片($188),個鵝片入味,不帶少許油花,滷水鵝大大片好有口感,個滷水汁帶小許香料有陳年滷水汁味道。到我最期待的主角出場凍花蟹(24両$1200)雖然現在不是食蟹時節但非常包滿。蟹肉一絲絲,凍食帶出蟹鮮味,記住要點他們提供的陳醋非常合襯。不過蟹肉有些貴,我只分到一嚿仔,真係小食多滋味,我們叫了支白酒開心分享分外開心🤗豪華大栟盤($840),分別有鵝片、海蜇、蝦棗(圓形),蟹棗(長形),我覺得蝦棗同蟹棗好出色,尤其蟹棗全粒都是蟹肉釀成,味道濃郁。有好多人怕蟹要拆肉不

豪華大栟盤($840),分別有鵝片、海蜇、蝦棗(圓形),蟹棗(長形),我覺得蝦棗同蟹棗好出色,尤其蟹棗全粒都是蟹肉釀成,味道濃郁。有好多人怕蟹要拆肉不食但一定愛上這粒小丸子。

胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯($60/位),出來做時常懷念住家湯水,我對湯水喜愛不能講少。大量胡椒味道加入湯水再加上減菜及豬肚做湯料不野少。我連渣都食埋。

鴛鴦水晶包($96),飲後點可以無甜品,水晶皮分別包住紅豆或奶黃口味。紅豆蓉不太甜,剛剛好。奶黃做餡料被朋友一掃而空,一定不錯。
