To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 先生跟我都很少吃潮洲菜,今天經過馬鞍山,順便試試這間別具一格的潮洲菜館。菜館佈置雅緻,很有古典氣息。枱與枱之間很寬闊,客人坐得舒適。今晚胃口相當不錯,兩個人點了五道菜:滷水鵝片、潮州沙茶炒芥蘭、普寧炸豆腐、潮式糖醋麵和半煎煮魚件(馬友)。食肆先以茶水及涼拌青瓜招待客人,服務相當周到。小妹最愛吃的是普寧炸豆腐,那秘製醬料才是精髓。驟眼看還以為是蔥+醋,一試之下發現內有乾坤,將炸好的豆腐點完醬料再吃簡直絕配!小妹另一道喜歡吃的菜是潮式糖醋麵。這道菜由於麵餅不是兩面煎,脆口之餘又不會太乾,配以糖和醋一起吃,開胃之餘又不會上火。真好!滷水鵝片則是不負所望的好吃,肥瘦適中又入味,配上辣椒油及醋汁,一流!魚件處理得不錯,既保留煎魚的香味和表皮一點點的脆口口感,魚肉也煮得剛熟不會太老!整體來說是很滿意得一頓飯。
