To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺保安道體育館打波前醫肚, 經過呢間外表似好耐歷史既粉面店, 經過一SEARCH 發現呢度既豬扒係手打, 所以真係要試下佢叫左一個炸豬扒麵, 同咪一個鳳城水餃鳳城水餃好正宗, 大得黎包得條理分明, 有蝦肉木耳豬肉等,     一咬落去啖啖! 正!炸豬扒麵, 麵一般, 就好似食緊正常既壽桃牌上海面甘算可接受, 豬扒好薄身, 應該係用手拍打造成甘薄, 值得讚賞,甘樣令到D豬肉味更集中, 食落更有咬口, 而且煎得剛剛好, 出面剛脆裏面仲保留住豬肉既肉汁!
