Restaurant: Little Fish (Kam Ma Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在尖沙咀工作, 呢間係尖沙咀常去嘅餐廳之一, 地點方便, 食物質素好, 價錢亦都合理.午餐賣$29 起, 口水雞飯分量十足, 汁都好味.今晚係同事來食烤魚, 先嚟食咗一啲串燒先, 其實烤魚檔嘅串燒, 好多都係好普通, 有驚喜嘅係佢嘅串燒比起其他更有水準食咗燒鮑魚, 燒生蠔, 豬肉串, 燒土豆片, 除咗豬肉串比較淡味, 其他味道都好食, 唔會燒到柴曬皮. 到食主菜, 叫咗個酸菜烤魚, 酸菜汁有蒜香, 配江團魚, 慢慢煮慢慢食都保持住好滑, 不會嚡口之後再攞個酸菜汁打甂爐, 非常之滿足最後再食埋個甜品燒菠蘿, 面頭有一層糖漿, 脆脆得嚟好食四個人食一人二百零文落樓, 尖沙咀區算係經濟抵食等遲啲疫情完結後, 同一班朋友食飯慶祝生日會再嚟呢度

今晚係同事來食烤魚, 先嚟食咗一啲串燒先, 其實烤魚檔嘅串燒, 好多都係好普通, 有驚喜嘅係佢嘅串燒比起其他更有水準


食咗燒鮑魚, 燒生蠔, 豬肉串, 燒土豆片, 除咗豬肉串比較淡味, 其他味道都好食, 唔會燒到柴曬皮.


到食主菜, 叫咗個酸菜烤魚, 酸菜汁有蒜香, 配江團魚, 慢慢煮慢慢食都保持住好滑, 不會嚡口之後再攞個酸菜汁打甂爐, 非常之滿足


最後再食埋個甜品燒菠蘿, 面頭有一層糖漿, 脆脆得嚟好食


四個人食一人二百零文落樓, 尖沙咀區算係經濟抵食


等遲啲疫情完結後, 同一班朋友食飯慶祝生日會再嚟呢度
