To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Dinner時間,周圍都開始多人,見牛角門口冇人等位,仲擺住龍珠紙版,好似好得意咁,再加上匯款卡有獎賞錢優惠,就入去試下。門口唔大,估唔到入到去都好大,見到都好full,雖然2個人去食,不過帶位哥哥都俾張4人枱我地。menu好多肉選擇,其實我都唔多識分,就求其叫。美國SRF極上和牛板鍵肉+蘿蔔蓉柚子醋見餐牌話呢款肉係稀少部分,就試下啦!我本身鐘意食熟D,呢款肉燒完之後仲係好有咬感,唔會好乾身,入口好滋味,不過$88得2塊,仲係好薄切,個人覺得好貴,雖然好食,但下次唔會再叫。另外,個人覺得個柚子醋味道唔多夾呢款肉,所以只係稍微沾少少試食就算。唔識分邊款肉好食,就好似我咁叫呢盤燒肉六品盛合最方便,牛、雞&豬都有。當中牛肋肉&豬頸肉最好食,仲要唔係薄切,而且食落係新鮮嫁! $249食到6款肉,都算抵食。食完六品盛合,真心覺得牛肋肉唔夠喉!所以再叫左三味牛肋肉 $149。真心覺得好好食,好新鮮!平時去其他烤肉店,都免不了會發現雪藏味,或者好難分開D肉,牛角冇呢個問題,望落已經好吸引,食落口覺得3款味道各有不同,價錢又平,真係推介。食燒肉梗係要食埋呢度特色牛角飯 $29,飯面鋪滿紫菜。我覺得冇想

食燒肉梗係要食埋呢度特色牛角飯 $29,飯面鋪滿紫菜。我覺得冇想像中咁好食,紫茶比較淡味,飯加左油,食落會好香口,但感覺會比較普通。
