八妹雞煲聽朋友介紹左好多次,今日終於得閒,入大埔一探究竟。餐廳行懷舊風,幾得意。除左雞煲都有其他特色鍋底選擇,不過既然一場來到當然食最經典的八妹秘製雞煲喇👇🏻【雞煲(半隻)】登場!大大啖雞肉,洋蔥係未熟嘅,咁慢慢食雞,食完雞洋蔥差唔多熟,又唔會太林,呢個食法好特別值得like。雞肉細嫩多汁,入晒味,啖啖肉,好滿足。我諗雞煲好食嘅真正原因,係佢令人無法拒絕的麻香味,同其他雞煲唔同,呢度嘅口味食完有回甘,加埋縈繞在口的麻香(好多花椒,係「真」麻!)真係食完返唔到轉頭!我地叫左微辣,辣度啱啱好,適合唔太食辣嘅朋友。食完雞打邊爐,醬料台都係經典辣椒油。👇🏻【手切肥牛(大份)】牛肉肥瘦均勻,厚度適中,鮮嫩彈牙,有濃濃的牛肉香味,高質素肥牛。👇🏻【竹蓀】爽脆多汁,竹蓀壁好厚好長,打邊爐一流,真心推介。👇🏻【淮山】好滑,厚切,易入口,煮一陣軟林林,口感特別。👇🏻【即炸響鈴】超大份!個形狀好特別,炸過的豆腐皮酥脆有口感,每個響鈴都大大個,齋食已經好香脆,吸左雞煲汁後更入味,必食!👇🏻【白菜仔】擺盤精緻,白菜仔鮮甜大棵。👇🏻【大大杯飲品】超大杯,夠晒飲!其實叫多左送,好滿足,值得再來。
