To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慶生覓食，見呢間不錯，訂了枱食飯，人客不算太多，也許因為疫情關係。點了蘑菇多士、洋蔥湯，牛肝菌意大利麵、紅酒牛肉、朱古力心太軟。店內人手不多，有一位傳菜，三四位廚師。雖然我們不點酒，但見侍應用心介紹紅白酒給其他食客，十份專業有禮。蘑菇多士好creamy，好香，多士夠脆，超好食。洋蔥湯好足料，侍應好細心問我地係咪Share，會幫我地分碗上。牛肝菌意大利粉同紅酒牛肉都係見openrice推介，但我又不覺得特別好食。朱古力心太軟好食，雖然上枱個心大軟好似漏漏地，雲喱拿雪糕賣哂，轉配士多啤梨雪糕，都好味，味道不似cheapcheap雪糕。賣單有七五折🤪
