Restaurant: An Nam Pho

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次經過都會見到一大班等位客,今次lunch早少少落黎就即刻有位。一如既往都係會叫翻生牛河,呢度既湯底真係好濃,但又唔會好多雜質,依然係好清。牛肉一上到枱好似真係好生,但浸一陣熱湯其實都好快熟哂,唔洗太擔心。河粉都好滑身,份量又夠,唔怕唔飽!

牛肉一上到枱好似真係好生,但浸一陣熱湯其實都好快熟哂,唔洗太擔心。河粉都好滑身,份量又夠,唔怕唔飽!
