To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

北京烤鴨一直係我最愛食物之一，每次一想食烤鴨，總會聯想起城中鴨子。貪佢環境ok之餘價錢又合理，所以今次妹妹生日飯都簡左食佢。 位於海港城城中鴨子，每次都好多人排隊，收工七點去拿位都等左半個鐘先入到座，一坐低先order 半隻烤鴨，因為製作時間都需要20分鐘，而且兩個人食，半隻其實已經好足夠。另外因為妹妹話想試下其他嘢食，所以我地額外order埋蒜泥白肉同桂花拉糕，水煮魚，小籠包，食量驚人我地當然無浪費全部食曬了。 水煮魚望落好大辣椒其實完全唔辣，蒜泥白肉好油膩，食多兩舊已經好濟。桂花拉糕唔會太甜幾清新，主菜烤鴨一如既往保持到水準，肥瘦適中烤鴨同配菜：青瓜+ 哈密瓜搭配，令成個口感更加夾好推介啊
