好味的大蝦risotto

食過幾間Wildfire，今年以來光顧總數不下10次。但最好味的是這間。三隻大蝦，要用飯送餸。飯的軟硬度很適合香港人有花香的冰凍啤酒pizza 也很有水準，口感一流牛扒水準就有點參差服務水平嘛.....幾個80後把中年大廚氣得頭髮也沒剩多少不過，我看他們也算肯做的了
