To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港地有邊個打工仔做嘢唔辛苦吖，有時放工已經接近8點，唔通仲返屋企煮咩。都係喺附近睇下有咩想食好過啦。係街行行下見到呢間有泡飯，好…就試試佢。海龍王泡飯，追加了蕃茄薯仔蓉湯底。湯底濃厚，帶有蕃茄的微酸，很醒胃，而泡飯亦有菜，感覺比較健康。而泡飯亦配有一小碟的炒米，喜歡的話可以伴泡飯一起吃，香脆的炒米加泡飯，頗有口感。但個人覺得炒米略為硬了點，不夠鬆化。泡飯本身的材料都幾豐富，有蝦、蟹柳、魷魚等。
