Restaurant: Forbidden Duck (Times Square)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這次終於來到鴨大哥,之前已聽過很朋友提起,這次來試試,我們二人點了他們的招牌片皮鴨,鴨大哥很貼心的把鴨皮用爐子加熱,那塊皮比起平常在其他酒樓吃的很不同,鴨大哥的很薄,應該很考功夫呢,這樣特別好味!而且我最喜歡吃那種帶點肉的片皮鴨,這裡的剛好,皮脆肉嫩,口感超棒。然後我們點了黃金蝦,這道菜特別好,因為蝦已經脫殼了,吃起來方便又不會吃到腥味。每一口都很入味,咸蛋黃的香氣讓人忍不住想多吃幾隻。最後還加了一碟通菜,兩個人吃剛剛好,搭配得也很不錯。
