To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好味的quick tea

本來只是打算來個quick tea, 因有點趕時間, 不過也想舒適一點. 去到美麗華商場地庫的caffe habitu, 由於FIAT在隔離並圍了板, 一度以為Caffe Habitu已被取締, haha.幸好, 等了5分鐘便有位. 這次來的原因當然是想喝咖啡. 我最喜歡喝rose latte, 每次到coffee shop自不然便會找她的跡影. 挺大的一杯, 望著拉花加玫瑰花瓣, 心情很輕鬆, 隨碟的小三角brownie比biscotti 來得更好. 甜度適中的brownie 配上夠熱及香濃的rose latte也很夾, 吃一口brownie再喝latte, 味道更突出!蕃茄辣肉腸闊條面少少辣, 好惹味! 麵條咬下去帶丁點硬, 好合我口味~ 吃意粉類, 我喜歡有少少汁但不能太乾身, 這碟不多不少的汁掛在闊條面上, 正~~~很久之前已在這裏用膳, 今天再吃, 發覺水準提昇了.  吊在餐廳中央的大吊燈, 好像與整體格局不太夾, 但成了我的拍照點, HAHA
