星期五晚上約了2位友人晚餐, 一早BOOK了利舞臺的莆田一試, 其實我都唔太清楚福建菜係食乜, BOOK了7:30, 我地等咗10-15分鐘就有位, 餐廰裝修給人舒服感覺,有VIP房可以容納10多人, 餐具精緻。拿起餐牌, 原來係來自新加坡的福建菜, 店員反應有D慢, 但都很有禮貌, 我地點了5個菜, 全部都係招牌菜。食物價錢合理,期待下次再光臨。 螄蚶原來即係赤貝,用酒調製過好好味,我每次來都一定會叫 類似炒粉條,些"果"即係用糯米捏成粉條,口感彈牙,極舉韌性,又軟又Q好得意! 呢味椒鹽炸豬手真好野味,又係必食之選! 炒豬肝,好肥美香口,但不能吃太多,有D油膩! 有D似叉子燒餅,好香脆!
