好耐冇食西餐啦,終於有機會可以同男朋友食返餐好嘅。今日嚟到大角咀嘅金船長試吓佢,餐廳用左船來做主題,餐廳入面有好多航海嘅裝飾,感覺好新鮮,今次就同男朋友叫咗店裏面嘅招牌菜黑松露醬意式馬斯卡普芝士pizza。我對黑松露有一種情意結,好鍾意佢嗰陣味道。同一般嘅Pizza唔同佢係圓圈架,而且有啲似三文治咁,原來Pizza三個食法架,第一個方法就係直接攞嚟食,濃郁嘅芝士味同埋黑松露嘅味道係口裏面。第二個方法呢就係點提子果醋,果醋好清新食落去就冇咁膩,而最後一個方法呢就係夾埋啲有機沙律菜嚟食,口感層次好豐富呀超級surprise !食完pizza梗係要食埋意粉啦,依個香煎紐西蘭牛柳配黑椒意粉好好味,牛柳充滿質感,口感同味道都一流😬 另外我哋仲叫咗個香煎海鱸魚併帆立貝,海鮮好新鮮好好味啊,鱸魚煎得好香啊,口感岩岩好架。最後仲叫咗一杯甜白酒來試吓但係成晚真係好perfect
