To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天晚上，我和家人在啟德Airside商場，享用了一頓愉快的晚餐。我們選擇了Chatterbox Café這間餐廳，環境舒適，燈光柔和，讓人感到放鬆。我們點了香脆薄餅配咖喱汁及蔬菜條，薄餅外皮酥脆，搭配濃郁的咖喱汁，口感獨特，十分美味。接著，我們品嚐了白胡椒肉骨茶配麵線，湯底香氣撲鼻，肉骨鮮嫩，麵線吸飽了湯汁，讓人一口接一口。文華海南雞飯是我們的另一道主菜，雞肉鮮嫩，飯粒松軟，淋上特製醬油，味道恰到好處，讓人感受到海南雞飯的真實風味。蠔油小棠菜則為我們的餐桌增添了一抹綠色，清脆可口，讓整體餐點更加均衡。最後，我們享用了熱錫蘭奶茶和熱檸檬茶。奶茶香濃順滑，檸檬茶則清新提神，為這頓晚餐畫上完美的句號。
