上星期在越南胡志明市吃過生牛肉湯河後,對生牛肉湯河念念不忘,今晚就吃越菜。生牛肉湯河我要走蔥走芽菜,雖然小藍子有金不換提供,我仍要先嚐嚐生牛肉湯河的湯底......薄切鮮牛肉其實都熟咗,啱我!湯底真係好啱味道,嘗到在越南胡志明市吃過生牛肉湯河的味道,河粉全靠靚湯底才美味可口!豬扒湯河,剪開的豬扒挺方便,試一小片,味道和肉質頗好。札肉粉皮,粉皮是暖暖的,混和幾款清新切幼絲蔬菜,清清地就咁吃都爽口,喜歡重口味都可加些桌面上的調味,我榨了鮮青檸汁,已經好夠味道!熱騰騰又脆卜卜的芝士蝦丸,很爽甜的蝦肉包裹少許芝士醬,非常上火又可口.......又是魔鬼和天使的混合體!椒鹽魷魚桶,是我近期吃到最美味的,肉鮮嫩夠彈牙,椒鹽份量又啱啱好,而且不會太鹹!勁掂呀!海底椰冰&椰汁珍多冰是兩客河粉餐飲,每杯加$8,我喜歡海底椰冰,切薄片的海底椰有咀嚼口感和健康感!很滿足的晚餐,因為要調整一下過重的體重,不敢吃太多,期待下次才試埋大頭蝦!
