Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今餐外賣，重慶酸菜火煱魚與三個小食！原條魽魚的重慶酸菜火煱魚（走辣）要分開上碟，魽魚沒有鱗，有鬚，形狀好像塘虱魚，只有一條大魚骨的魽魚，不用挑幼骨，吃來方便得多，燒香的魽魚回鍋沁出油香氣味，魽魚肉厚味鮮，掛湯汁伴吃，味道更濃郁。魚煱除了酸菜，還有大豆芽菜、豆腐卜、金菇與青瓜，有足夠的蔬菜享用。黃金芝士豆腐外脆內軟，有粒粒軟芝士。爆炸龍蝦丸，口感爽滑，起初被「爆炸」兩字，誤會是有餡爆出添！黃金墨魚餅香味特濃，有墨魚肉鮮味與馬蹄粒的爽甜。三款小食各有美味特色。外賣八折，折實$340，抵食。
