邊個有我咁鍾意食辣?今日心血來潮, 上網揾到呢間四川香辣烤魚, 好受歡迎!即刻要去試下佢!嚟到好多人已經排緊隊, 好彩我哋預先book咗位!招牌香辣烤魚唔使講一定要食招牌菜, 可惜今日冇三刀魚, 換咗紅油魚。原條紅油魚先烤後泡, 用上招牌香辣湯底, 堆滿辣椒, 聞到已經感覺很辣!紅油肉質結實唔鬆散, 鮮甜少骨啖啖肉, 啱曬做香辣烤魚!奉送三個素菜 蘿蔔、雞髀菇、雲耳用上香辣湯底嚟泡, 軟綿綿越食越索味, 很有辣勁!墨汁墨魚丸、牛肉丸丸類雙拼。墨魚丸顏色是黑色墨汁爽口有墨魚味。牛肉丸彈牙醮滿香辣汁十分惹味。雲南豆皮一片片薄薄腐竹片, 吸收滿滿香辣醬汁,滋味無窮!四川土豆粉用土豆粉磨成做粉, 圓渾厚身顏色外形似烏冬, 口感充實煙韌!
