To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚收工同個朋友唔知去邊度食飯好, 銅鑼灣灣仔食到悶悶地, 就索性去跑馬地食!聽人講呢間幾好食就去試下, 初頭去到門口要等, 老闆叫我地睇住餐牌先, 睇落d 野食都頗貴, 但一場黎到就即管試下!!兩個人叫唔到d 咩食, 我地叫左兩隻大既砵酒焗生豪, 一個芋絲卷, 一個話悔唔知咩炆豬手!d 餸既外觀唔係太吸引, 但一食落口就知分別!!最後我叫左一碗白粥, 真係令我最驚喜, 從未食過咁好味既粥, 真係連碗粥都好味過人, 值回票價!!
