To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雲桂香一直以來都係我最鍾意嘅米線舖基本上我大部份時間嚟都係食小辣走酸～佢哋嘅湯底本身已經酸酸地真係好好味這碗小辣生菜雞絲的雲南米線給人的第一印象非常清新。雲南米線的麵條爽滑有嚼勁，搭配著新鮮的生菜和嫩滑的雞絲，讓口感更加豐富。小辣的辣度剛好，不會過於辣口，但也能帶來一點微辣的風味，為整個湯頭增添了一絲刺激感。而湯頭本身的酸味恰到好處，讓人回味無窮。整體而言，這碗小辣生菜雞絲的雲南米線將辣味、酸味和新鮮的食材完美結合在一起，味道清新爽口，讓人食指大動。如果你喜歡酸辣口味，這絕對是一道不容錯過的美食享受。
