出元朗做完野勁肚餓,孖同事去食呢間元朗好出名嘅酸菜魚醫肚。十三少酸菜魚酸菜魚可以少辣👍🏻店員介紹係用鮮魚骨熬製,可以飲左湯先。湯真係幾鮮甜,唔係得個酸,同事都飲左兩碗。魚片冇骨真係好方便,大大塊啖啖肉。其他材料有炸過嘅菇片、芝麻、酸菜、蘿蔔、萵筍片,好豐富。麻婆豆腐勁好餸飯嘅一味,整體唔會好辣啱我地口味。豆腐滑到夾唔起,再入味啲就更加好食。椒麻皮蛋第一次食呢種金黃色嘅皮蛋,好有驚喜。事關普通皮蛋如果就咁涼拌好易有陣味,呢隻皮蛋就完全冇問題,啲辣油好香,酸酸辣辣幾過癮。紅糖糍粑食完辣野要再食甜野中和翻😌紅糖糍粑即叫即炸,熱辣辣食外脆內煙韌,好正。紅糖醬唔會死甜,仲有浸蔗糖香味。兩碗白飯大碗到滿瀉,但所有餸都好啱餸飯,結果清晒。

麻婆豆腐
勁好餸飯嘅一味,整體唔會好辣啱我地口味。豆腐滑到夾唔起,再入味啲就更加好食。
