好耐冇食韓國菜,我同男朋友呢日去咗尖沙咀呢間韓國餐廳食燒肉。打開餐牌,見到呢度有好多款唔同嘅肉類可以選擇。呢度有六樣前菜咁多,好豐富。今次點咗肩胛牛肉同埋薄切五花腩,牛肉同五花腩都好新鮮,放喺烏龜形狀嘅鐵板上面燒,將啲油脂逼出嚟,肉味香濃。用生菜包住燒五花腩,可以balance燒肉嘅油膩感,一啖咬落去,口感豐富,香脆嘅燒肉再加埋清爽嘅生菜好夾。另外仲點咗水冷麵同埋大醬湯,水冷麵冰冰涼涼又帶點酸味,好開胃。
