𓂪 𓂪 𓂪在尖沙咀有多間分店的 南대門 一向主打韓式燒肉和其他韓式料理,今次到訪 南대門BBQ 分店,一嚐他們的鍋物和海鮮煎餅,味道比我上次在首爾益善洞名店吃到的還要更好吃!𓄔豬骨薯仔火鍋 $350這個火鍋份量其實三至四人都足夠!傳統的韓國火鍋,看似很多辣椒粉,但其實味道辛香而嗆辣。呷一口熱騰騰的湯頭,吃一口炆得軟腍的豬骨,還有盡吸濃湯精華的薯仔,就是冬天享受火鍋的極致!𓄔雪濃湯 $110這裏的雪濃湯調味剛好,不會死鹹。湯裏有牛肉和粉絲,非常好下飯。𓄔海鮮煎蔥餅 $143必點推薦!點的時候已經知道是這裏的招牌菜,但吃的時候還是非常驚艷!煎餅份量很大,但每塊煎餅都滿滿海鮮配料。煎餅粉漿和配料的比例剛好,每口都能吃到外脆內軟的煎餅和惹味爽口的海鮮!蘸點醬汁,更能提鮮。個人覺得比在首爾吃到的煎餅更好吃。每到冬天就非常想念韓國的鍋和美食,但總不能夠經常飛到首爾。安在香港都能吃到,完全滿足了心癮呢。𓂪 𓂪 𓂪 continue reading

呢間韓國菜喺尖沙咀有幾間分店咁多,而我哋諗住食燒肉,就嚟咗近天文臺道嘅呢一間。餐廳係傳統韓燒嘅格局,店員好多都係韓國人,非常地道。坐低就有幾款泡菜可以食住先,係正宗嘅韓國味道,所以偏辣。牛肉拼盤Set A $560我哋兩個人叫咗個牛肉拼盤,有4款牛部位,同一個湯(泡菜/大醬),肉嘅份量夠晒兩個人食,而且仲有無限量生菜供應用嚟包住d肉同辣醬一齊食。4款牛分別係牛肉眼、牛肋骨肉、肩胛肉同板腱肉。肉眼扒大大塊,肉質腍嫩。牛肋骨會帶少少筋,食落更加有口感。肩胛肉同板腱肉味較濃。店員仲會幫手燒肉,咁就唔使自己落手。湯我哋揀咗大醬湯,入面有豆腐、蜆肉、蔬菜等配料,湯唔會太鹹,味道啱啱好。水冷麵 $90我哋另外仲叫咗碗水冷麵,麵食落好煙靭,清涼嘅味道同口感可以中和返燒肉嘅油膩感,仲可以加醋同黃芥辣撈埋一齊食,別有一番風味。。。南대門 (尖沙咀)尖沙咀金巴利道65-67號太平洋大廈地下2號舖。。 continue reading
