To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平安夜唔想同人逼,所以去左大坑食晚飯,上網見到Ellen Loo去過呢間餐,所以就想去試下啦。 去到叫左個聖誕餐,有湯有沙律有野飲都係150左右。另外再叫左個意粉,有湯跟埋。飲品係火龍果紅菜頭汁,開頭聽到個名引驚陣味會好怪,但飲落原來幾好味,火龍果好甜,又唔會杰,飲落甜得黎又fresh 跟住有個三色椒螺絲粉沙律同粟子湯。第一次飲粟子湯,好好味,少少杰,仲有一粒粒粟子咬下。而個炒飯同蘑菇意粉十分之香,聞到已經流晒口水,個意粉唔會太油,個炒飯十分香口,仲有一個好似係酥皮菇,整到好似朵花咁,又薄又脆嘅酥皮包住熱辣辣蘑菇,正! 最後就係老闆娘好好人,超nice 下次一定會再去試個 burger!
