To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚收工諗住是但食個粉麵填下肚，行過深水埗入佐間本地小店。menu上面啲嘢食都好接地氣，價位良心。😊懷舊豬油渣麺 💰40呢個我平時好少見到亦都好少食，今次點佐試下。開頭聽個名以爲會好油膩，👍點知滴湯清清地，勁好入口，豬油渣一滴都吾油膩。同埋啲麵好好嚼，一大碗包飽。豬扒麵 💰42 + 牛腩 💰12😋啖啖肉啊，舖滿成個碗，入味好滋味啊。呢個麵湯底會濃啲，食得出係自家製嘅湯底。呢個套餐仲有送埋嘢飲嘎。煎鴛鴦餃（韭菜、椰菜餃）💰41點佐8只煎餃，最最最驚喜！我覺得係來到必點嘅！粒粒飽滿，煎到好香。中意食煎餃嘅朋友直接點大份啦！😉豆腐花 💰11又嫩又滑又抵食，臺面有糖粉可以自己加。呢間小店生意都好好，事頭婆係鋪頭招呼客人，亦都好照顧客人，“啊妹 / 細佬，今日想食乜？”聼落好有親切感。聽到來食飯嘅客人都係熟客，會同事頭婆傾幾句。行出行入去招呼客人，好有熱誠。我之後會再來呢間舖頭食多次。原來明發已經係深水埗扎根好多年，搬過一次，雖然係舊舖地址附近，希望大家來岩地方。🤣
